Il makiage is an international cosmetics brand, while working there full time, I was in charge of their new site's design. The site was planned as an mobile first, influencer based e-commerce site, allowing socially famous, makeup oriented men and women, to post their looks and earn money for each customer who buys a product from their "look" page.
The brand has multiple product matching quizzes, for different products, designed to help the user find his/her ideal shade match, using a custom algorithm that was built in-house.

The navigation for the 2nd variation of the homepage - the “shop by product” section, was designed to be triggered at the moment of a user’s scroll, the navigation changes into product categories and stays in place until the user has scrolled down below the fold, at witch point it becomes hidden, and reappears once the user starts to scroll up.
When the user has scrolled up to the top of the page the navigation returns to its default state
